THINGS TO KNOW: -PRICE MAY BE SUBJECT TO CHANGED BASED OFF STATE OF VEHICLE -WE COME TO YOU(NO TRAVEL FEE WITHIN 20 MILES OF BELMONT, NH, AFTER 20 MILES 1 MILE=$1) -EXTERIOR SERVICES REQUIRE ACCESS TO WATER SPIGOT -MONTHLY & BI-WEEKLY MAINTENANCE PLANS AVAILABLE PER REQUEST This service is perfect for customers who are looking for that extra step on top of their exterior detail to make the paint on their car looking new again! This service is brief one step cut and polish of the vehicles painted surfaces to remove any light scratches, swirls and defects while also adding up to 6 months of protection! (Note: this is not a full paint correction and will not remove all defects) WHATS INCLUDED? Exterior Detail: -Foam Bath & Contact Wash -Full cleaning of wheels and tires -Bug Removal -Window Cleaning Inside & Out -Tire dressing applied Paint Decontamination & Polish: -Iron removal and clay bar treatment to remove any left over contaminates to ensure clean clear coat when polishing -One step cut and polish performed to all painted surfaces using machine polisher - 6 month ceramic sealant added after polishing to provide extra protection and gloss
Cancellation Policy
CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT & POLICES: Customer hereby acknowledges that Customer has read and fully understands the following terms and conditions which shall be deemed a binding part of Customer’s contract with Re-Touch for mobile detailing services. Customer further acknowledges that these terms and conditions are a material inducement for Re-Touch agreement to enter into a contract with Customer for said services. Complaints/Guarantee You agree to inform Rew-Touch within 48 hours if you are dissatisfied for any reason with the Service provided. You agree to choose one of the next 3 available days for a free re-detailing. Re-detailing must be completed within 7 days from the time of initial service. All outstanding balances must be paid before a scheduled re-cleaning can be booked. Personal Belongings Please remove all personal belongings from the vehicle prior to your appointment. Re-Touch is not responsible for the loss of personal items left inside the vehicle. We will do our best to collect all trash and any hidden personal belongings we find prior to starting our detailing process. Everything we have collected will be left inside vehicle after detail is completed. Pre-Existing Conditions & Accidental Damage Vehicle surfaces and components may have pre-existing wear, damage, or conditions that are not always visible prior to service. Re-Touch cannot be held responsible for pre-existing issues, including but not limited to: • Scratches, rock chips, dents, or paint defects • Worn trim or loose components • Failing clear coat or prior repairs • Electrical or mechanical issues • Stains or odors that cannot be safely removed Detailing carries inherent risks when working with delicate or previously compromised surfaces. In the unlikely event that damage is directly caused by our service, it will be addressed in a fair and professional manner. Our goal is transparency, professionalism, and customer satisfaction in every service we provide.
